Going by the number of visitors, this is one of the most popular categories on this website. Unfortunately, it is not easy to find tools to do what seems a reasonably simple task. You could look at what is on offer from the more general office type sites that are online such as Open Office. However, the tools featured below are specifically designed to give you a professional looking flyer/Newsletter in record time.

1. Letterpop - The free plan allows for 10 newsletters/flyers to be produced which will be more than enough for most students. Letterpop relies on templates for quick and easy production. This enables newsletters/flyers to be produced very quickly but you must be careful with your choice of template as you cannot edit the template to add more photos or text, you are very much stuck with what you choose. That said there are almost 300 templates to choose from so plenty of variety available. This is a great tool if you want a quick, goodlooking document but there are limitations if you want something more complex.



2. My Brochure Maker - You do not need to log in to use this tool and your document can be saved with an e-mail address and name for the project. There are not as many templates as Letterpop and you cannot change the size of font. You can, however, choose from different styles of brochures which you cannot with letterpop.



3. My Newsletter Maker - From the same stable as Brochure Maker. While this tool is designed to produce newsletters for festivals such as Christmas, you could easily use it for any occasion.

4. BandFlyer - This tool is designed to produce a Flyer for your rock band. In this respect it is a bit limited and only allows a photo, title and one or two further pieces of information. This is an example I created below.
